Special Information

Artwork and Plates: Kept on file for one year. Camera ready art or logos 
are reproduced at NO CHARGE. If camera ready art is not supplied, an art charge may apply.
Change of copy within an order may incur plate/die charges. 
Custom Dies: We will gladly produce a custom die for any size
order. Call for a quotation. Additional production time is required.
CO-OP: Free Freight not included in co-op pricing.
Desktop Publishing: Upload Art Files.
Freight: All presentation folders include free 3-day freight within the 48 
continental United States.
Foil Pricing: NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Foil pricing is the same as offset
printing and includes a 6" x 9" area. Foil areas exceeding 54 sq. in. will be charged as
an additional color. Each additional foil color will be priced as an additional color.
Overruns/Underruns: Billing will be for the actual amount shipped. Overruns or
underruns will be within 10%. Orders calling for "no overruns" are subject to short shipment.
Embossing/Debossing: Single level embossing/debossing dies up to 54 sq. in. at
NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Embossing/Debossing is same price as offset.
Embossed areas exceeding 54 sq. in. will be charged as an additional color. Additional production time will apply.
Paper Stocks: In addition to our catalog papers, we can supply over a 
thousand different paper stocks in any quantity. Call for a
quotation. Additional production time is required.
Proofs: Product proofs (Foil Stamped only): $40.00 per location. 
Paper (fax) proofs at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
For all other product proofs, call for pricing.
Color Proofs: Ink Jet - $20.00, Rainbow - $60.00, orMatch Print - $120.00. Additional production time required for all proofs requested
